Every Bidbury & Co. product is made to an exceptionally high standard and should provide many years of trouble free service.
However, in the unlikely event you experience any problems, whether it’s a defect in the material or the workmanship, you can be sure we are here to offer a swift and efficient service to rectify the problem.
For kitchen taps we guarantee all the working parts for a period of up to 5 years. If you do not register your kitchen tap within 30 days of purchase, the standard warranty period is 2 years. Unlike many other manufacturers, we offer our comprehensive guarantee on all parts of the tap, including O-rings, valves and even the decorative surface.
Kitchen sinks are guaranteed for 2 years as standard with the option of registering and increasing the warranty period to 25 years
Furniture handles are guaranteed for 2 years as standard with the option of registering and increasing the warranty period to 5 years
Waste fittings are guaranteed for 2 years as standard with the option of registering and increasing the warranty period to 5 years. Please be aware the extended warranty on waste fittings covers manufacturing faults only and does not cover the finish. This is due to the likelihood of abrasive cleaners and chemicals being drained as well as scratching caused by cutlery, pans and crockery etc.

The warranty is valid only on products purchased and installed to the manufacturers satisfaction, into a domestic kitchen environment, the care instructions have been followed and no chemical cleaning agents or scouring products have been used.
Any damage or surface/plating corrosion caused by limescale is not covered. We recommend following our care instructions to minimise limescale build-up.
The Warranty is provided to the original purchaser and proof of purchase will be required to activate a warranty claim.
The warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
